  1. Hi, can you please give me some recommendations on how many pinterest accounts is good to have running in one instance of PinbotAI as a maxium so that it responds efficiently? Or also for some other reasons that I might not know about till now?
  2. Error logging in after update

I need to say that Ilya is now pretty cooperative with me and tries to solve problems and respond to my emails within a few days..
  3. update 4.0.6.8 Login error

Ilya, it still doesn't work. The only difference I noticed when trying to unfollow some accounts is that now it doesn't show any error but doesn't do any action either - it simply doesn't unfollow anybody. Then when I tried to scrape and post a pin, it showed me the following error: Wed Jul 26 20:42:01 PDT 2017 #PROC45: PinProcessor: #163 Image upload failed. --- exception stacktrace: java.lang.Exception: #163 Image upload failed. at AI.processing.PinProcessor.uploadImage(PinProcessor.java:144) at AI.processing.PinProcessor.pin(PinProcessor.java:106) at AI.processing.PinProcessor.process(PinProcessor.java:74) at AI.processing.Processor.run(Processor.java:61) at Runnables.ProcessorRunnable.processSingle(ProcessorRunnable.java:101) at Runnables.ProcessorRunnable.processAll(ProcessorRunnable.java:91) at Runnables.MainExtrasProcessManual.__run(MainExtrasProcessManual.java:62) at Runnables.AbortRunnable.run(AbortRunnable.java:64) at java.util.concurrent.Executors$RunnableAdapter.call(Unknown Source) at java.util.concurrent.FutureTask.run(Unknown Source) at java.util.concurrent.ThreadPoolExecutor.runWorker(Unknown Source) at java.util.concurrent.ThreadPoolExecutor$Worker.run(Unknown Source) at java.lang.Thread.run(Unknown Source) Please solve that as soon as possible thanks..
  4. Error logging in after update

His email that he uses, ilya (((at))) healzer (((dot))) com
  5. Error logging in after update

Agreed, definitely the worst support ever. The amount of responses to my complaints I sent him by email over the last 2 months equals: ZERO. That's right, I have never received a single email reply, you can hardly beat that rate and quality of support as you cannot send less than 0 responses.
  6. PinBotAI features and requests

ilya, what you are doing with the updates is not funny at all, not only that you don't check if the new version actually works and then just disappear for weeks and ignore this forum (support and everything), but your program is actually set in a way that even when I tried to load my older backup version of your PinBotAI software, it immediately went on and upgraded automatically to the latest NON-WORKING version. Please please please please when you already have this horrible support that you provide us with, I at least ask you to remove the automatic update from the startup so that next time, when you provide an update that will disable the software from working, at least I will be able to run my backed up older version. It's a simple change and won't take you a lot of time, please do it as soon as possible. Thanks in advance!
  7. Nothing in the PinBotAI software works after the latest update anymore..does anybody know how to downgrade it? I tried to run my back ups but the software has a function that it automatically installs the newest version
  8. The same here, same error after I updated it yesterday: #AEDL: error during login process: #157 AS: fault parsing account stats --- exception stacktrace: java.lang.Exception: #157 AS: fault parsing account stats at domain.account.AccountServices.refreshStats(AccountServices.java:171) at Runnables.AccountDoLoginFull.__run(AccountDoLoginFull.java:44) at Runnables.AbortRunnable.run(AbortRunnable.java:64) at java.util.concurrent.Executors$RunnableAdapter.call(Unknown Source) at java.util.concurrent.FutureTask.run(Unknown Source) at java.util.concurrent.ThreadPoolExecutor.runWorker(Unknown Source) at java.util.concurrent.ThreadPoolExecutor$Worker.run(Unknown Source) at java.lang.Thread.run(Unknown Source) Now the PinBotAI cannot be used for any task....ilya things like this shouldn't happen seriously..especially with the poor support that you provide
  9. How does the import images URLs exactly work when it comes to the autopilot function? If I import images from URLs in that import section of an account, will the autopilot know that it should simply pin those images, instead of scraping inside of Pinterest as it normally does?
  10. PinBotAI features and requests

iLya, can you please tell us when will you implement the automatic unfollow function to the autopilot? It's been over a month since I told you about crucial problems with your software and nothing was solved. In the current state, the autopilot in your PinbotAI software can be used only for auto-PINNING. The FOLLOW feature cannot be used because it doesn't have an automatic and reliable way to UNFOLLOW. I don't know how to emphasize even more how important the automatic UNFOLLOW feature is - it's one of the first things that should have been implemented in the software. If you use the automatic FOLLOW function and then try to manually UNFOLLOW (as this is all that your software offers by now), you are in a BIG risk of getting your accounts banned. Pleaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaase implement the crucial automatic UNFOLLOW feature ASAP.
  11. PinBotAI features and requests

First, thank you iLya that you came back and actually started to finally work on PinBot, but please please please we really need the auto-unfollow function based on criteria as soon as possible as - now we literally cannot safely use the follow function as we cannot safely unfollow those that didn't follow us back 7 days ago. It can get you banned very easily if you unfollow in a bad way..
  12. In the Pin section you have: 1.) A checkbox with: Add source URL to scraped Pins - I suppose this is the URL where visitor gets after clicking the image. 2.) A checkbox with: Add URL to scraped Pins and Repins - But where is this URL being placed??
  13. PinBotAI features and requests

Hello, I've been using another tool for pinning, and there are 4 CRUCIAL features that you should implement to this pinbot as soon as possible to maximize the profits and avoid unnecessary suspending of accounts: 1.) Source URL Problem: Pinterest has been catching up on marketers and what it does is simply change the source URL of the pin back to the original URL which means that we will suddenly lose traffic if we don't make sure to change it always back to our source URL - our money page. I read in your upcoming features that you're planning this: Automatically edit images, remove meta data and slightly adjust MD5 hash of image. I think you should really put it to the top of your priorities as this could prevent pinterest from changing our source URL (our money page) back to the original URL. 2.) The Unfollow Feature: Unfollowing of non-reciprocating accounts - unfollow people who have not followed you back in 7 days. ALSO, I don't know how this PinBotAI 4. is setup right now, but the following feature should never try to follow users if it already reached the maximum possible following number for the particular account - BECAUSE: Pinterest will allow any account to follow up to 500 people. After that the account can only follow up to 20 times as many people as it has followers. That is, if you have 100 followers, Pinterest will allow you to follow a maximum of 2,000 other accounts. The Pinbot should be programmed so that it will not attempt to follow more users if you have already reached the maximum allowd by Pinterest. And it should automatically unfollow people who have not followed you back in 7 days. 3.) What mechanism is PinBotAI 4. using to avoid duplicate image pinning as much as possible? In the other Pinbot software I use, they solved this issue by scraping all the images URLs at once - I try to put around 10 good keywords per board to find at least a few thousands of images. They are then put in the queue and thus it prevents pinning the same image often. Again this is CRUCIAL as to my experiences with Pinterest - users are likely to flag your account as spammy if you happen to pin the same image. 4.) The Autopilot which should be again - a basic feature of a bot, is not working as it turns off by itself even when there are no errors. And even if there were errors, it's still something that should be corrected in the software itself as soon as possible - there should be no errors. Again I need to say that in the other Pinbot software from another company that I use - it runs non-stop 24/7 months and months without a single problem. Your Software has also a serious problem with CPU management as it gets stuck and I need to turn off and on the whole pinbot. iLya, please, please, please read this message as soon as possible and implement these changes - I'm afraid to use your tool as I have a couple of matured accounts with the other pinterest tool and when I bought your new PinBotAI 4 I didn't know that it would miss these crucial things. I read in your sales page that it has a "Social Anomaly Detection System" - but actually the automatic handling of unfollowing I've just mentioned and not trying to follow an account if it already reached the maximum are not implemented in your PinBot software - this is NOT SAFE AT ALL. I'm sorry if this message looks negative, I really appreciate your work, it's just that I don't think your new pinbotai 4. is ready to be used.
